Traki a big department store chain in Venezuela has introduced Dash buying with no fees on its network of ATMs. The implementation will hopefully help people in Venezuela struggling with hyperinflation due to the economical crisis. Venezuelans cab buy Dash with no fees.
Traki stores already accept cryptocurrencies, Dash included. The partnership will permit Dash to be exchanged with no fees in Panama and then sent to those in Venezuela. The Venezuelans will then be able to purchase a broad range of items with the currency directly at Traki stores.
Dash Core Group’s CEO, Ryan Taylor, believes that this new partnership will help solve the current resistant barrier to cryptocurrency adoption. He says,
“Dash usage is growing at a rapid rate in Venezuela, as it proves an alternative that is a more reliable payment method and store of value. We’ve anticipated this initiative from Cryptobuyer as it provides the everyday person a seamless and efficient way to access Dash and lowers barriers to entry.”
This integration of Dash will be first introduced at Traki’s El Recreo store before expanding to their entire range of 46 stores at a later date in 2019. The promotion of the ATM Zero-fee Dash runs up until the start of May.
