SFX Coin Cashback Terms and Conditions

§ 1. General Provisions

1. The organizer of this promotion is SimpleFX Ltd, registration number 22361 Suite 305, Griffith Corporate Centre Beachmont, Kingstown VC0100, St. Vincent and the Grenadines.
2. The promotion takes place on SimpleFX trading platform.
3. The Promotion starts on 10.06.2024 and it shall last until revoking.
4. Participant’s participation in the promotion means that he/she accepts the rules of the Promotion contained in this document.
5. Every registered SimpleFX client is entitled to take part in the Promotion.
6. Only SFX Coin owners will receive the spread cashback.

§ 2. Definitions

1. “SFX Coin Cashback” will be called “Promotion” in these terms and conditions.
2. “Participant” means a SimpleFX user who owns at least two SFX Coins.

§ 3. Promotion Program

1. Participant is entitled to cashback as presented in table below.
2. All cashback calculations are based on the target spread from the Symbols Specification from this link.
3. Participant who joined the Promotion is qualifying for cashback if: 

• Opened and closed position while owning at least two SFX Coins after the start of this Promotion

Cashback thresholds in relation to SFX Coin owned:

§ 4. Final Provisions & Restrictions

1. The spread cashback will be paid in USD to the client’s SimpleFX dedicated wallet (rewards wallet). SimpleFX reserves the right to pay spread cashback in another way for example in cryptocurrency or fiat currency, chosen at its sole discretion.  
2. Cashback will be calculated from the time a user joined in until the end of the Promotion or until the user owns SFX Coin.
3. The spread cashback transferred to the Client’s account can be used to trade or withdrawn without further restrictions.
4. Cashback will be paid once a week on Monday. The organizer reserves the right to pay cashback on another day.
